Jeff Carter started Home Appreciators, LLC in 1997 to provide custom residential renovation services to clients in the greater Atlanta. His success was and still is, attributed to his dedication to providing the highest quality of workmanship, professionalism and customer satisfaction.
In 2005, Stacy Carter obtained a Georgia Real Estate License and was determined to deliver a higher level of service to clients looking to buy or sell a home. Stacy’s former background in Consulting Services, Marketing and ROI analysis form the basis of her approach and view of real estate as a strategic investment.
Then in 2009, after years of informally incorporating Home Appreciators renovations into the real estate services, the union was made official. Home Appreciators - Real Estate & Renovations, a co-branding business model that combines the services of two separate family-owned businesses into a comprehensive set of lifecycle services for homeowners.
